mátes × mts

<task>

Mátes and MTS teamed up for the launch of the RIIL tariff. For the collaboration they made a special coffee tonic and a sandwich, and I designed the packaging, the printed menu and the screens in the coffee shops.

For the collaboration I took the image of a thermal camera, where heat is seen through colour. Handprints became the basis of the graphics: I combined them with the Mátes blue and the RIIL red gradient. That’s how, together with the MTS team, who led the art direction, we developed one shared visual style that supports the slogan “Something worth sharing”.

<fun fact>

While drawing the menu layouts I put in placeholder names: “The sandwich is very tasty” and “The drink is tasty too”. The client liked them, they went into production, and the menu came out with these names. That’s how I briefly became a copywriter.
